Founded in 1999, Café Zimmermann is one of the leading baroque ensembles in France and in Europe. Under the artistic direction of harpsichord player Céline Frisch and violinist Pablo Valetti, the ensemble gathers soloists who want to recreate the artistic atmosphere that existed in Gottfried Zimmermann's café in the 18th century in Leipzig.
